As “UltimateNP”, the “Illustration x Music” project, 2022 Halloween project, in which Megumi Liu and Mirael teamed up

Halloween project that started with such thoughts. A music creator and an illustrator teamed up to start this project, so the catchword for this project is "illustration x music."
This project is made possible by requesters who bring their works.
Requester's original image (illustration, pixel art, photo) or original text (poetry, lyrics, novel) ... from UltimateNPprovide music
Requester's original music (music, narration, a cappella, etc. is also acceptable) or original characters (poetry, lyrics, novel) ... from UltimateNPprovide illustration

It is possible to use other than your own work as long as it is not public domain, copyrighted or likeness rights.
Requesters bring in their works, and UltimateNP takes inspiration from the works entrusted to them and freely creates them and gives them the finished product.
With the requester's permission, we will introduce the works we have and the works we have provided on SNS, blogs, etc.
If you agree to the conditions below, you can get your own original work without feeling difficult contracts or transactions. And you can publish the original work you got on SNS etc.

●Scope of use
Limited to personal use, printed or captured on CD (use for doujinshi and indie games is basically prohibited)
SNS such as Twitter and Instagram
Blog (Need to consult about paid blog)
Consultation required: Video services such as Youtube, use in conjunction with works provided by UltimateNP when applying for contests and competitions
●Management of works submitted by requesters *Different from works provided by UltimateNP.

If you apply for or participate in a contest or competition, please refer to the promised conditions of the 2022 Halloween project and handle it within the scope that does not violate the conditions and rules of the contest or competition.
・Do not use for purposes contrary to public order and morals, such as promoting discrimination, promoting suicide or self-harm.
・Do not use for the entertainment industry, pornography, adult content, or other similar media or purposes (consultation required)
・Do not use the work in a manner that damages the reputation or credibility of the creator.
・Do not use for articles, videos, propaganda or advertisements with illegal, false or defamatory content

・When receiving the work, at least say "thank you"
● About works provided by UltimateNP (works received)

・Allow creators to publish on SNS and use and publish as blogs, portfolios, samples, achievements, videos, and distribution.
・Do not use for purposes contrary to public order and morals, such as promoting discrimination, promoting suicide or self-harm.
・Do not use for the entertainment industry, pornography, adult content, or other similar media or purposes (consultation required)
・Do not use the work in a manner that damages the reputation or credibility of the creator.
・Do not use for articles, videos, propaganda or advertisements with illegal, false or defamatory content
・Do not remarkably modify and use (In the case of music, volume control, fade-in/fade-out, loop processing, and minor sound quality adjustments are excluded. In the case of illustrations, moderate watermarks are excluded.)
・When publishing only works provided by UltimateNP, use those with sample audio or watermarks.
・Do not sell or transfer the work or its duplicates to a third party (material sales are not allowed)
・Do not allow unspecified third parties to download and use the work and its duplicates on the Internet.
・Based on the minimum common sense
